What's included in a self-pay visit

- In-office X-rays when clinically indicated
- A written diagnosis and treatment plan in plain language
- Office-based procedures (e.g., ingrown nail removal, injections) at clear, bundled rates
- No surprise billing - what we quote is what you pay
Pricing & payment
Self-pay rates are competitive with - and often lower than - typical insurance copays plus deductible costs. Call (805) 946‑1799 for current pricing on the visit type or procedure you're considering. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. Payment plans may be available for surgical care.
Surgical patients
Surgical care involves multiple components - surgeon's fee, facility fee, anesthesia, and any required hardware. We'll provide a complete, written estimate before scheduling so there are no surprises.
