The Central Coast is one of the most beautiful places in California to practice - and one of the most spread out. Patients drive to my office from a long arc that runs from Cambria in the north down to Solvang in the south, and inland to Atascadero, Paso Robles, and beyond.
Two Offices, One Practice
I see patients at offices in Pismo Beach (the primary clinic, serving San Luis Obispo county and the Five Cities area) and Santa Maria (serving northern Santa Barbara county). Patients usually choose the office closest to them, but all clinical records are shared between offices, and you’ll see the same team in either location.
The Communities I Serve
San Luis Obispo County: Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Shell Beach, Oceano, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Nipomo, Atascadero, Paso Robles.
Northern Santa Barbara County: Santa Maria, Orcutt, Guadalupe, Lompoc, Los Alamos, Vandenberg Village, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez.
If your community isn’t on this list, you’re still welcome - patients drive to us from much farther afield for limb salvage, complex reconstruction, and second opinions.
Why It Matters
Local care matters in podiatry. Wound care, post-operative follow-up, and long-term management of chronic conditions are best when getting to the appointment doesn’t require a half-day round trip. Two offices on the Central Coast keep that practical for most of our patients.
